Cancellation Policy

Late Arrivals
We make every effort to maintain time commitments and we request that you extend the same courtesy to us.  We understand that special circumstances can arise which may cause you to run a few minutes behind.  Depending on the service you've reserved for that day and the timing required; if you are more than 15 minutes late for an appointment we may not be able to fulfill your entire service request.  In some cases we may ask you to reschedule in order to provide prompt service to our next guest.

Last Minute Cancellations
If you are unable to make your appointment, we respectfully ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance.  When a guest fails to show up for their appointment, or reschedules at the last minute, another guest loses the opportunity to be seen.  As a convenience to all of our guests, we offer appointment reminders in the form of Text or Email, 48 hours in advance, or a phone call the day before your appointment. However, we do feel the responsibility of your appointment is yours if we are unable to reach you. Two consecutive rescheduled appointments with less than a 24 hour notice given will result in a Cancellation Fee of $25 per hour scheduled.

Missed Appointments (No Shows)

Failure to cancel an appointment that you do not attend will be considered a - No Show - .  If you fail to attend your appointment, you will be notified of your missed appointment and our cancellation policy.  Two consecutive No Shows will require prepayment before scheduling your next service.
