Cancellation Policy

Late Arrivals
We make every effort to maintain time commitments and we request that you extend the same courtesy to us.  We understand that special circumstances can arise which may cause you to run a few minutes behind.  Depending on the service you've reserved for that day and the timing required; if you are more than 15 minutes late for an appointment we may not be able to fulfill your entire service request.  In some cases we may ask you to reschedule in order to provide prompt service to our next guest.

Missed Appointments (No Shows) & Cancellations
The staff at Shear Artistry Hair & Body Centre respects your time and we ask for the same courtesy.  We offer appointment reminders 48 hours in advance as a convenience to all of our guests.  These can be in the form of text message, email, or a phone call; just let us know your personal preference.  However, we do feel the responsibility of your appointment is yours if we are unable to reach you.  When a guest does not show up for their appointment, another guest loses an opportunity to be seen.  If you are unable to make your appointment, we respectfully ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

Failure to cancel an appointment that you do not attend will be considered a - No Show - .  If you fail to attend two consecutive appointments, you will be notified of your missed appointments and any further reservations will need to be held with a  credit card on file.  If any further - No Show - appointments occur; a charge will appear in the amount of 50% of the service fees scheduled for that day.

- Cancellations - are inevitable at times and we understand this completely.  We like when things go as planned as well as you do.  When circumstances do arise and you need to reschedule your appointment we do appreciate a 24 hour advance notice.  We do ask that you try to plan ahead so that we have as few cancellations and rescheduled appointments as possible.  This allows our day to flow as normal.  If you have three repeat cancellations or rescheduled appointments you will be asked to hold any future reservations with a debit or credit card on file.  If any future - Cancellations - or Rescheduled Appointments occur, a charge will appear in the amount of 50% of the service fees scheduled for that day.
